Growing up can feel overwhelming. Many girls experience anxiety, self-doubt, friendship challenges and big emotions, often without the tools to understand or manage them.

The GEMZ Empowerment Programme has been created to change that.

Our four-week evidence-based programme helps girls build confidence, emotional resilience and positive relationships through creative activities, movement, mindfulness, discussion and practical wellbeing tools they can use every day.

Rather than simply talking about confidence, we help girls experience it.
