Experience the special bond of our Mother & Daughter Retreats, thoughtfully created to strengthen connection through shared experiences, creativity, relaxation, and meaningful moments together. Hosted within the beautiful surroundings of Hidden Huntley, each retreat begins with a warm welcome and connection activity, followed by uplifting movement experiences designed to encourage fun, teamwork, laughter, and presence. Together, you will move into creative arts & crafts, mindful connection activities, calming guided meditation, and opportunities to slow down and reconnect away from the busyness of everyday life. Each retreat will hold its own unique seasonal theme and atmosphere while continuing to focus on connection, confidence, calm, and creating lasting memories together. Following phenomenal feedback from both parents and children at previous retreats, these sessions were created to offer even more opportunities for families to spend meaningful time together. Sometimes, simply putting aside a little intentional time to connect, laugh, create, and be present with one another can strengthen relationships in the most powerful way. To finish the experience, families will enjoy relaxed food and time together within the peaceful Hidden Huntley setting, hopefully soaking up some summer sunshine along the way.
